New accounts receive 1,500 free credits. Credits do not expire. |

| Payment timing | Monthly plans: the first month is charged when you subscribe, then automatically on each monthly renewal date. Extra credits: charged at the time of purchase. The date the amount is debited depends on your card issuer. |

| Cancellation and term | Monthly plans renew automatically every month. Cancel at any time from Library › Credits & usage › Manage plan. After cancelling you are not charged again, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. |
| Returns and refunds | Because the service is digital content, purchases are in principle non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once made (including unused credits and credit packs). Cancelling a monthly plan part-way through a period does not give a pro-rated refund. We do refund duplicate or erroneous charges caused by us, and wherever the law requires it. |
